1. Receiving 5,000 BONUS Royal Orchid Plus miles from your first spending within the first 30 days of Cardmembership is a one-time offer for THAI American Express Platinum Credit Cardmembers and Cardmembers will no longer be entitled to these benefits when re-applying for the Card at any time. BONUS Royal Orchid Plus miles will be credited to the qualifying Cardmember's Royal Orchid Plus membership account within 6-8 weeks following the month the annual fee paid and fulfilling the spending requirement. These benefits are provided by Thai Airways International and Thai Airways International may cancel or change the benefit's Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The offer of SAMSONITE VARRO SPINNER Luggage size 25” worth 14,900 Baht (“Welcome Gift”) is valid for a new Basic THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card applicant whose application is received by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) from 1 Aug - 31 Oct 2019 and the Card is approved, and must not be any existing American Express Cardmembers and those who have cancelled their THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card membership for less than 12 months from the date that American Express receives the application.
- Qualifying Cardmembers must pay the first year annual fee of Baht 4,000 (exclusive of VAT) and the accumulated amount charged on the Card within the first 3 months of Cardmembership reaches Baht 90,000 will receive the Welcome Gift which will be sent to the eligible Basic Cardmember's billing address within 6-8 weeks following the month of fulfilling the spend requirement. The first year annual fee will be charged to the Cardmember’s account in the first statement cycle of Cardmembership.
- In case the Cardmember’s address is given incorrectly resulting in an undelivered Welcome Gift, it shall be deemed that the Cardmember has relinquished
the right to be rewarded. - The spending on the Supplementary Card will be counted as spending by the Basic Cardmember.
- Only active Basic THAI American Express Platinum Credit Cardmembers, whose accounts are in good standing, and those who have not breached any of the Terms and Conditions of American Express Card membership until the day the Welcome gift is delivered, will be eligible for the offer.
- The Welcome Gift cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other benefits in kind.
- American Express reserves the right to replace the Welcome Gift with any item of similar value without prior notice.
- American Express reserves the right to cancel or change the offer’s Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Should any dispute arise in relation to any aspect of the offer, the decision of American Express shall be final.
- Should the Cardmember ceases to be a Cardmember within the first 12 months of Card membership for any reason whatsoever, American Express reserves the right at its sole discretion to charge the Basic Cardmember's account without prior notice, for the amount of the Welcome Gift that Cardmember received under these Terms and Conditions, in proportion to the period that he ceases to be a Cardmember.
