The Gold Card gives you the freedom to spend without any pre-set spending limit, you can usually spend as much as you have shown us you can afford based on your past payment patterns and personal resources. All we ask is
that you pay your Card account in total and on time each month.
Complimentary Travel Accident Insurance
Purchase your tickets with the Gold Card and you're automatically covered for up to Baht 2 million in our Travel Accident Insurance Plan
for no additional cost. You, your spouse and children under 23 years old are insured against accidental death and dismemberment due to physical injury while traveling as a passenger in any scheduled commercial aircraft or any other form of public transportation.
Card members are also entitled to a complimentary Travel Inconvenience Plan. Benefits for any inconvenience caused by delayed luggage, lost luggage, as well as missed connection may be claimed.

Supplementary Cards

Charges made on Supplementary Cards will be billed to your account and they will be listed separately on your statement for your convenience.

7. Terms and Conditions of Gold Dining Privileges
• The privileges are available to Basic Card members and Supplementary Card members, who hold an American Express Gold Card (the “Eligible Card”) only (the “Card members”).
• The privileges are available when payment is fully made through the Eligible Card. No savings will be accorded if the Eligible Card is presented by anyone whose name does not match with the name appeared on the Card.
• The privileges are valid only for food items during lunch and/or dinner, excluding beverages, taxes and service charges (unless otherwise stated).
• For Dine 4 Pay 3 privilege, The Card members will receive a complimentary course menu which has the lowest or equal price.
• The privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• The privileges are applicable to one Eligible Card per table, per Party.
• A Party is a group of two (2) or more persons dining at one (1) or more tables. Where there is a request for side by side or nearby tables, this will be considered as one (1) Party and the one (1) Eligible Card per table per visit policy will apply. Request for side by side or nearby table is subject to availability.
• The privileges are not applicable with private events, takeaway items, other special promotional offers, hotel offers or programs.
• The privileges are available from January 1 – December 31, 2021, except on the blackout dates. Privilege exclusions may apply. For more information on the blackout dates and privilege exclusions, please contact the respective restaurants directly.
• The meal periods, menus, prices, concepts and operating hours of the restaurants may vary throughout the year. Please contact the respective restaurants for more information.

8. Terms and Conditions of 4 EXTRA Membership Rewards points
Definitions
Capitalized terms set out below shall have the following meanings as and when used in this communication:
“American Express” means American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd.
“Card” means American Express Gold Card.
“Eligible Card member” means the American Express Gold Basic Card member, holding the Card issued by American Express.
“Eligible Transaction” means the transaction made by the Eligible Card member, including any Supplementary Card member(s) under the Eligible Card members’ accounts, at the participating branches of Tops Supermarket, VILLA MARKET, Foodland, Gourmet Market and Home Fresh Mart.
“EXTRA Membership Rewards Points” means the additional Membership Rewards points apart from the Membership Rewards base points that the Eligible Card members will earn from the Eligible Transaction(s) under this Promotion.
“Promotion” means 4 EXTRA Membership Rewards Points Program.
“Promotion Period” means the period from January 1, to June 30, 2021 (both dates inclusive).
Terms and Conditions
• The Promotion and the EXTRA Membership Rewards Points referred to in this communication are only applicable to the Eligible Card members.
• The spending to be calculated under this Promotion includes all Supplementary Card spending for the Eligible Transactions under the Eligible Card members’ accounts during the Promotion Period.
• The Eligible Card member earns five (5) Membership Rewards points on every Baht 25 spent when a monthly accumulated spending on the Eligible Transactions reaches Baht 5,000 (comprising four (4) EXTRA Membership Rewards Point and one (1) regular Membership Rewards base point), with the maximum of up to 1,000 EXTRA Membership Rewards Points per Card account per month.
• This Promotion is available only at the participating branches of Tops Supermarket, VILLA MARKET, Foodland, Gourmet Market and Home Fresh Mart. The eligible transaction under the Promotion does not include any spending at any third-party service providers or aggregator payment located at the participating branches. Please check for the full list of the participating branches here.
• American Express will credit the EXTRA Membership Rewards Points to the Eligible Card members’ accounts within September 30, 2021 (or the date as American Express may notify the Eligible Card members otherwise in advance).
• Any spending that has been cancelled or refunded will not be eligible for this Promotion, regardless of whether such spending is
for the Eligible Transaction.
• American Express reserves the right to offer this Promotion only to the Eligible Card members, whose accounts are active, in
good standing and not in breach of any Terms and Conditions of American Express Card membership until the day the EXTRA Membership Rewards Points are credited to their Card account.
• The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. American Express reserves the right to substitute the offers under this Promotion with other offers or items of similar value and to amend any Terms and Conditions of this Promotion (including terminating and suspending the Promotion) at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• In the event of any disputes arising from this Promotion, the decision of American Express shall be final and binding all related parties.
