This new 24-hour, all year round Express Access Service allows you to:

• Access up-to-the-minute information on your account balance, Membership Rewards enquiries/points redemptions or transfers, and information on American Express Services, from any touch-tone telephone;
• Report lost, stolen, or damaged cards;
• And speak to our Customer Service representative if required (during business hours).
• Of course, this fast and convenient service is easy to use and completely secure and confidential.

Simple to use:
When you call, you will be greeted with a range of self-select enquiry options. Each option will be accompanied by a number that can be activated with the touch of the telephone keypad. The Express Access service will guide you to the information you require.

Secure and confidential:
When you make your first call, you will be prompted to enter your card number, and then prompted to verify your identify by correctly answering random ID questions. Upon verification you will be prompted to set up your own four-digit telephone access code. This personalized security code is required each time you request information relating to your Card account.

Through Express Access, you can

• Obtain account balances
• Obtain your Membership Rewards points, Transfers & Redemptions
• Obtain a list of the charges & credits on your most recent statement, and unbilled transactions (dates and amounts only)
• Obtain the payment options and locations
• Report a lost, stolen, or damaged card.
• Request information about American Express Services (e.g. Direct Debit, Autopay, etc.)
• Speak to a Customer Service representative.
