• The Offers are available when payment is made with a valid American Express® Card (“American Express”). For the avoidance of doubt this shall include:
  • any personal Basic and/or Supplementary American Express Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. or by any American Express entity and/or American Express affiliate worldwide.
  • any Business Card or Corporate Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. or by any American Express entity and/or American Express affiliate worldwide;
  • American Express Card issued by any third party (such as licensee) worldwide.
• The Offers are not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers, or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
• The Offers are only available when payment for the relevant products or services is made with the American Express Cards held by the Eligible Cardmembers.
• Prices listed may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.
• The expired or unused Offers are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable and may be forfeited in certain events as prescribed by the participating merchants, unless otherwise stated.
• Participating merchants are solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
• American Express reserves the right to terminate or change the Offers' Terms and Conditions at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute arising from the Offer, the decision of American Express shall be final and binding all related parties.

• In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English and Thai versions of the Offers' Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
