SELECT YOUR BILLING CYCLE
You can select from 10 billing cycles to coordinate statement dates with your
company's payroll periods or reimbursement schedules.
INDIVIDUAL BILLING OPTIONS
Individual Payment
With Individual Billing/Individual Payment (IB/IP), each Cardmember receives a
monthly billing statement from American Express and is responsible for
reconciling the account and remitting payment directly to American Express.
Each Cardmember submits an expense report in accordance with your
reimbursement policy.
IB/IP reduces your company's administrative workload and encourages timely
expense report submission.
Central Payment
This option combines individual billing with centralised payment of all approved
business expenses charged to the Corporate Card. Each Cardmember is
responsible for monthly statement reconciliation, timely expense report
submission, and direct payment to American Express for personal and
unapproved business charges. Your company issues a single payment to
American Express for all Card Members authorised charges, streamlining the
payment process.
Central Billing
All Card Member balances are itemised in a summary statement that is centrally paid by your company. Individual monthly billing statements are printed and included with the summary statement.

Protect your bottom line with Liability Protection
The American Express Corporate Card Program provides companies with peace
of mind knowing that they are only liable for business charges. This means that
your company will only be paying for expenses that benefit the business and will
not be held responsible for your Card Members personal spend, or spend which
you have reimbursed your Cardmember's.
Customised Reporting
Access fully interactive, online reporting capabilities through American Express
@ Work; Customised Reporting. Ideal for clients with more sophisticated
reporting needs, this powerful tool enables your company to query, filter, and sort
your Corporate Card information to meet your expense management needs.
Customised Reporting is a fully interactive web-based reporting solution that
gives you the power to review and manipulate your Corporate Card data.

We know how important it is for large organisations to retain the best staff. So we provide a range of Cardmember rewards, benefits and services to meet the needs of all your employees, from the occasional domestic traveller to the frequent international traveller.
Membership Rewards PLUS Program
The Membership Reward PLUS Program allows eligible enrolled employees to earn points on their corporate spend paid with the American Express Corporate Card1. Card members can earn one point for every BHT25 spent on their Corporate Card. Points can be redeemed for air travel and hotel stays, as well as gift cards for shopping, entertainment, home and recreational items.
Manage your account online
Staff can manage Corporate Card accounts online securely, immediately and conveniently 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
- Check employee expenses and pay the balance online
- Elect to receive statements by email
- Receive email or SMS alerts for payment due, payment received and balance updates
Extra protection for travellers
When travel tickets are charged to the Corporate Card, Card Members automatically enjoy comprehensive protection, including:
- Business Travel Accident Insurance 2
- Travel Inconvenience Insurance (Corporate Gold card only) 2
- Accident Medical Expenses Insurance 2
