Offer is only valid for designated Corporate Card applications that are submitted and approved by American Express between July 1 and December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive). Please contact American Express sales specialist to enroll into this offer before spending. Only the transactions made with the Eligible Cards in the Eligible Card accounts registered for this Offer will be counted as the eligible transactions. Please note that cumulative net spending will be calculated on a calendar month basis(i.e. Aug 1 – 31), the vouchers will be delivered to your American Express account manager on monthly basis, kindly confirm your offer enrollment and vouchers redemption with our sales specialist.
Remarks:
1. The Plaza Premium First Lounge access package is for 3-hour stay in lounge maximum per visit, inclusive of all basic lounge facilities e.g. comfortable seating area, international TV and magazines, food and beverage (self-served buffet counter), inclusive of selected alcoholic drinks, shower, high-speed WiFi.
2. Plaza Premium Group will provide complimentary ALLWAYS buggy service for all Eligible American Express Cardmembers. Buggy is on a shared basis, up to 5 guests per buggy, and is not on an exclusive basis. This service will transport Eligible Cardmembers from Plaza Premium First to their departure boarding gate between Gates 10 – 12 or Gates 23 – 71 on the Departures Level (L6) within Terminal 1 only. Subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis. Service is not available at Midfield Concourse and T1 Satellite Concourse.
3. During the promotion period, each Eligible Card account can only enjoy the offer up to 8 times. The voucher/QR code will be sent to the Program Administrator of the Eligible Card account within 16 weeks upon the Eligible Card account reaching the Spending Requirement set out above. 1 pax per voucher/QR code, no accompanying guest. Each voucher/QR code is to be used only once. Eligible Cardmembers have to redeem the access of lounge first, followed by the use of buggy with the same boarding pass. Eligible Cardmembers are not allowed to split the lounge and buggy ride. For the avoidance of doubt, if Eligible Cardmembers do not use the buggy when redeeming the lounge services, the buggy ride would be forfeited. The QR code expiry date is April 30, 2026.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The Plaza Premium First Lounge access and ALLWAYS Buggy service ("Offer") is only valid from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 , both dates inclusive ( “Promotion Period”). Offer is only applicable to the applications of the Basic and Supplementary American Express® Gold Corporate Card, American Express® Corporate Card, American Express® Elite Corporate Card and American Express® Classic Corporate Card are submitted from July 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 and successfully approved by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong ("Eligible Card") ("Eligible Cardmembers") during the promotion period. To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmember must first contact American Express sales specialist (+852 2277-3310) to enroll in this Offer, then spend a cumulative net amount of every HK$200,000 on Eligible Card account level ("Spending Requirement") with the Eligible Card during the promotion period. The cumulative net spending will be calculated on calendar month basis (i.e. Aug 1 – 31) , the vouchers will be delivered to your American Express account manager on monthly basis, kindly confirm your offer enrollment and vouchers redemption with our sales specialist.

6. Participating Merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of the products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
7. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. American Express reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
9. In case of any dispute, American Express and Participating Merchant reserve the right of final decision.
10. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
