Ensure Programme Controls
Customise alerts to proactively advise you of critical aspects of your Card programme. You can opt to receive notifications via email either daily or weekly. You may choose to simply log in to view all your alerts via the @ Work Alert Notification Centre as a regular @ Work User. Examples of existing alerts:
- Payment Status - select which past due values to be alerted on.
- Large Transactions - notifications will be sent for any transactions exceeding the selected value.
- Questionable Spend - identify the category group or individual Merchant categories which you want to be alerted of any Card Member transactions.
