^{• Special offers for new Cardmembers are only applicable to first-time applicants of the THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. who meet the following criteria:}

^{-  Apply for the Card through online application channel and receive approval within 14 January 2026.}

^{-  Pay the first-year annual fee of Baht 5,350 (inclusive of VAT).}

^{-  Meet the spending requirement of Baht 30,000 within the first month of Cardmembership.}

^{• Special offers are from:}

    ^{1. 10,800 BONUS THAI American Express Platinum points ("Welcome Offer") when applying for the Card through online application channel and meeting the spending requirement of Baht 30,000 within the first month of Cardmembership. The BONUS points from the Welcome Offer will be credited directly to the eligible Basic Cardmember's account within 6-8 weeks following the month in which the spending requirement is met.}

^{2.  The 5,000 BONUS Royal Orchid miles from the first spending (no minimum amount required) within the first 30 days of THAI American Express Platinum Credit Cardmembership. The BONUS Royal Orchid Plus miles will be credited to the qualifying Cardmembers' Royal Orchid Plus membership account within 6-8 weeks following the month in which the annual fee is paid and the spending requirement is fulfilled.}

^{3.  The 5,000 BONUS Royal Orchid Plus miles from the first international flight, excluding fares in booking classes V/S/K/W/G/L/O/I/X/E/N/R departing from Bangkok or with a destination to Bangkok. The BONUS Royal Orchid Plus miles will be credited to the qualifying Cardmembers' Royal Orchid Plus membership account within 6-8 weeks following the month of the first international flight. This benefit is provided by Thai Airways International. The benefit may be canceled and the Terms and Conditions may be changed  at any time in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.}

^{• Cardmembers who have canceled any American Express Cards issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. in the last 12 months from the date of receiving the THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card application are not eligible for this Welcome Offer.}

^{• Your new THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card’s credit limit will be shared across all your existing American Express Cards (if any). The total combined credit limit will not exceed 5 times of your average monthly income, in accordance with the Bank of Thailand's regulations.}

^{• Spending made by Supplementary Cardmember(s) will be taken into consideration in the calculation of the spending criteria.}

^{• Should the Cardmember cease to be a Cardmember and/or be considered by American Express not to be in good standing within the first 12 months of Cardmembership for any reason whatsoever, American Express reserves the right at its sole discretion to deduct the BONUS THAI American Express Platinum points or charge the Basic Cardmember’s account for the amount of the BONUS THAI American Express Platinum points or the Statement Credit received in proportion to the period that he/she ceases to be a Cardmember.}

^{• In the event that the eligible Cardmember has received the Welcome Offer and subsequently, canceled his /her Cardmembership during the same Cardmembership year American Express reserves the right to not refund the prorated annual Cardmembeship fee.}

^{• The charge of Card annual fee will not be taken into consideration in the calculation of the spending criteria.}

^{• To qualify for this Welcome Offer and the other benefits, your Card account must be in good standing and not be canceled for any reason.}

^{• The BONUS Royal Orchid Plus miles cannot be refunded, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for cash, or other benefits in kind.}

^{• American Express reserves the rights to substitute the Welcome Offer with other offers and to terminate or change the Welcome Offer’ Terms and Conditions at any time in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.}

^{• In the event of any dispute arising from this Welcome Offer, the decision of American Express shall be final and binding all related parties.}
