If items purchased on your Platinum Card are stolen or damaged within 45 days of purchase, we will replace or repair any item up to HK$30,000.
Return Guarantee
Up to HK$5,000 per item if a retailer in your country of residence will not take back an eligible item purchased on your Platinum Card within 30 days of purchase.
Extended Warranty Protection
Up to HK$150,000 for appliances purchased on your Platinum Card which fail to operate due to unforeseen electrical or mechanical problems within the extended warranty period.
Price Protection
Up to HK$2,500 per item if you see an identical item for purchase at a lower price at an alternative retail outlet in Hong Kong within 14 days of buying something at full retail price.
