Online Services
An Online Services Account lets you quickly and easily view your transaction history,
download up to 6 months of statements, make secure repayments, and more1.
If you didn’t register for one when you first activated your Card, you can do so by
clicking the button below. Otherwise, simply log in now.
The Amex App
The American Express Mobile App2 lets you quickly and easily manage your
Account from the palm of your hand. Here’s how:
Smart login
Securely log in to your Account in moments with fingerprint login, Touch ID or Face ID.
Points balance
If you are eligible to receive Membership Rewards®3, keep up to date with your points from the home screen.
Card alerts
Set up alerts for payment reminders, balance updates and more, in just a few taps.
Live Chat
Access personalised, always-on Card servicing support via the App’s Live Chat function.
Card lock and Unlock
If you misplace your Card, you can use Card Lock in the Amex App to temporarily block spending on your physical Card, however you can still use your Card for online payments. Your Card will be automatically unlocked after 7 days.
Mobile payments
Make simple and secure payments in seconds when you link your American Express Corporate Card to your phone’s mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay).4

Centrally Billed Accounts, where charges on all Card Accounts are billed to the Company instead of the individual Card Members, may be excluded. Use of online payments and electronic expense report services are subject to your Company practices and policies. Card Members must enrol at americanexpress.com.au/register.
