As part of our enhanced security measures and service, starting 6 November 2025, all American Express Cardmembers will automatically receive email alerts for new transactions made on their Card. Should you wish to disable this feature, please sign in to your Online Account and select Account Management > Card Management > Manage Transaction Alert.
For a more personalized experience on your Amex Experiences App, starting 5 January 2026, you need to log in with your Online Services account to access the App. If you have more than one American Express Card, please go to Settings > Edit contact info > fill in all information and click “Save.” You will then be able to view all benefits from all your Cards.
