Should you wish to disable this feature, please sign in to your Online Account and select Account Management > Card Management > Manage Transaction Alert.
For a more personalized experience on your Amex Experiences App, starting 5 January 2026, you need to log in with your Online Services account to access the App. If you have more than one American Express Card, please go to Settings > Edit contact info > fill in all information and click “Save.” You will then be able to view all benefits from all your Cards. If you do not have an account, please click here.
