1. Terms and Conditions for 25% MORE BONUS miles
· In this brochure, reference is made for convenience to "earning Royal Orchid Plus (ROP) miles" in
situations where Cardmembers actually earn THAI American Express Platinum points. *THAI American
Express Platinum Credit Cardmembers who spend Baht 100,000 or more during the period Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2012 ("the qualifying period") will receive a Bonus of 25% more ROP miles which shall be
calculated from ROP miles awards on spend within the qualifying period subject to the following Terms
and Conditions. *Only THAI American Express Platinum Credit Cardmembers whose accounts with
American Express are in good standing, and who do not breach any of the Terms and Conditions of
American Express Cardmembership throughout the qualifying period and up to the day their account
is credited with the Bonus miles will be eligible for the offer. *The Bonus ROP miles will be calculated
from ROP miles awarded for spending on goods and services. Bonus ROP miles awarded pursuant to
other promotions will not count towards the 25% Bonus ROP miles. Spending on Supplementary THAI
American Express Platinum Credit Cards will be counted as spending by the Basic THAI American Express
Platinum Credit Cardmember for the proposes of this promotion. *Bonus ROP miles will be credited to
a qualifying Basic Cardmember's THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card account within 60 days
from the day accumulated spending on that account during the Qualifying Period reaches baht 100,000
and monthly thereafter, for new charges, within 60 days from the statement cut off date. *Should there
be any dispute in relation to any aspect of the promotion, American Express's decision on that dispute
shall be final and binding. · Special Bonus of 25% more ROP miles privileges under 25% more ROP miles
from overseas spending Program ("Program") is available from January 1 - December 31, 2012 ("The
qualifying period") *Additional Bonus 25% more ROP will be eligible and applied to the overseas
spending which is over Baht 100,000 and subject to limit the maximum rewarded ROP miles under this
program is 10,000 ROP miles per account, equivalent to 15,000 rewards points per account throughout
the qualifying period and will be credited to account within 60 days from the statement cut off date.
2. Terms and Conditions for Double miles · The Double Royal Orchid Plus miles will be THAI American Express Platinum Points awards from
a total of Card specific 'Base' THAI American Express Platinum Points and 1 time Bonus miles from
spending. The 'Base' THAI American Express Platinum Points will be credited to the Card account within
transaction date and Bonus miles will be credited to Basic Card's Royal Orchid Plus account within 30
days after transaction date. · American Express and Thai Airways International reserve the right to
change terms and Conditions without prior notice.
