With our Online Services, you can stay on top of your account from your computer or mobile device. You can enrol in Online Statements and enjoy fast, secure access to your recent charges and more.

With Online Services you can:

  • Select and view your PIN
  • Choose 'Online Statements' and receive email notification to log on and view your statement
  • View your current balance
  • Update your billing address and other contact information instantly
  • Keep track of your account at your own convenience – sort your transactions by date, see how much you’ve spent or where you’ve used your Card
  • View your statements 24/7 from anywhere, easily and safely
  • Download your statements in Quicken®, MS Excel® or MS Money® 
  • Sign up and choose from a range of email or TXT account alerts. There are a number of options to help you manage your account, such as alerts letting you know when a payment is due or has been received by us.

You can manage your account online, enrol in Online Statements, and pay your Card Account in the way that's most convenient for you. Use your new Card to help manage your monthly finances by paying your balance in full or, should you choose to, pay it off over time. It’s your choice.

Safety first

Chip & PIN technology gives you greater security as it uses a microchip to encrypt account information, making it difficult for unauthorised users to copy or access data. This can reduce fraud on lost, stolen, and counterfeit Cards. When you use a Chip Card, the transaction is validated when you enter a unique PIN that is provided only to you.
