1. Terms and Conditions for A Complimentary One-Night Stay at Premium Hotels Worldwide (“Benefit”)
• The Benefit is only available to a Basic Cardmember who holds a valid American Express Platinum Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) (“Platinum Card”). Each Basic Cardmember of the Platinum Card shall be referred to as a “Platinum Cardmember”.
• The Platinum Cardmember will receive one (1) complimentary voucher for the Benefit (“Voucher”) within sixty (60) days after the Platinum Card Cardmembership renewal month.
• Each Platinum Cardmember is only eligible to redeem the Voucher once. In the event the Platinum Cardmember is found to have made more than one (1) redemption, the Platinum Cardmember shall not be entitled to receive the Benefit for the additional redemption and shall be charged in accordance with the retail price for such additional redemption made.
• The Voucher can only be used when the Platinum Cardmember is present and payment for the deposit shall be made with the Platinum Card at the point of redemption. In the event the Platinum Cardmember loses the Voucher, no replacement or compensation will be provided to the Platinum Cardmember.
• Each Voucher is deemed valid only if it bears a specific serial number and an expiry date. The Voucher must be used within the validity period and no extensions after the validity period will be provided.
• Each Voucher is subject to verification at time of presentation, and the selected hotels will not accept any Voucher that has or appears to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
• For the latest list of selected hotels, contact for reservation, blackout dates and eligible room types, the Platinum Cardmember may visit the full list of hotels here. American Express reserves the right to update the list of the selected hotels (including adding, removing and/or substituting the selected hotels) from time to time at its sole discretion.
• The Platinum Cardmember is required to make an advance booking at least seven (7) working days in advance with the Platinum Card and the booking is subject to availability at the relevant hotels. For any additional inquiries or information, the Platinum Cardmember may contact the selected hotels directly for more information. The selected hotels’ category exclusions, blackout dates, standard check-in and check-out time shall apply.
• During check-in, the Platinum Cardmember shall present (a) a room reservation confirmation email, (b) physical original Voucher, (c) the Platinum Card with its matching credentials as the reservation details and (d) the Identification Card or passport with credentials matching the reservation details. If the required documents are not present or are inconsistent with the reservation details, the hotels reserve the rights to charge the hotels’ Best Available Rate (“BAR”) of the day to the Platinum Cardmember's account.
• Booking(s) cannot be amended or canceled and is non-refundable. In the event of: (a) Cancellation: The Platinum Cardmember will be charged with the selected hotels’ BAR on the original booking date (b) No-Show: The Platinum Cardmember will be charged with the selected hotels’ BAR on the no-show date.
• The Benefit is only applicable to Platinum Cardmember, who meets the following criteria: (i) pay the full annual fee; (ii) the Card account of the Platinum Cardmember is in good standing and/or not cancelled for any reason; and (iii) the Platinum Cardmember must not be in breach of any Terms and Conditions of the Platinum Card from the date he/she receives the Benefit to the date he/she uses the Benefits.
• In the event that the Platinum Cardmember has redeemed the Voucher and subsequently cancelled their Cardmembership during the same Cardmembership year, American Express reserves the right not to refund the paid Cardmembership fee.
• The Voucher cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash or other kinds of benefits or used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discounts, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise stated. Any Voucher deemed to have been sold or transferred shall immediately be rendered as void. American Express is not liable for any replacement of lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers.
• American Express and/or the hotels reserve the rights to terminate the Benefit and/or to substitute the Benefit with another benefit of similar value or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• The hotels’ Terms and Conditions shall further apply to this Benefit. American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable for any such services, activities or benefits not being provided or fulfilled by the hotels. The hotels are solely responsible for the fulfillment of the Benefit and all relevant privileges.
• In the event the redeemed Voucher is found to have breached the Terms and Conditions, the hotels reserve the right to refuse redemption of the Voucher. In the event of any dispute, the decision of American Express and/or the hotels will be final, and no correspondence shall be entertained.
2. Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Properties in Fine Hotels + Resorts Program and The Hotel Collection Benefit
Fine Hotels + Resorts
• The Fine Hotels + Resorts (“FHR”) program benefits are available for new bookings with the participating properties made through American Express Platinum Travel Service and are valid for a Basic Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmember(s), who hold a valid American Express Platinum Card (“Platinum Card”) issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. only (“American Express”) (the “Platinum Cardmember”).
• Bookings must be made and paid using the Platinum Card, in the eligible Platinum Cardmember’s name, and the Platinum Cardmember must be travelling and listed on the booked itinerary.
• Noon check-in and room upgrade are subject to availability and are provided at check-in; certain room categories are not eligible for upgrade.
• The type of US$100 credit and additional amenity (if applicable) vary by participating properties; the credit will be applied to the eligible charges up to US$100. To receive the credit, the eligible spending must be charged to your hotel room and the US$100 credit will be applied at check-out.
• The type and value of the daily breakfast for two (2) persons varies by the participating properties.
• The FHR benefits are applied per room, per stay (with a three-room limit per Platinum Cardmember per stay). The FHR benefits restrictions vary by participating properties.
• Back-to-back stays booked by a single Platinum Cardmember, Platinum Cardmembers staying in the same room or Platinum Cardmembers travelling in the same party within a 24-hour period at the same property are considered as one stay and are ineligible for additional FHR benefits (“Prohibited Action”).
• American Express and the participating properties reserve the right to modify or revoke FHR benefits at any time in compliance with any applicable laws and regulation in case American Express or the participating properties determine, at their sole discretion, that the Platinum Cardmember may have engaged in a Prohibited Action, or have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with the Platinum Cardmember’s FHR benefits.
• The FHR benefits must be used during the booked stay period and cannot be redeemed for cash and are not combinable with other offers unless indicated.
• Any credits applicable are applied as savings at check-out in US dollars or the local currency equivalent.
• The FHR benefits, participating properties, availability and amenities at the participating properties are subject to change from time to time.
• To be eligible for the FHR benefits, the Platinum Cardmember’s Platinum Card Account must not be cancelled during the time of the relevant stay.
The Hotel Collection

3. Terms and Conditions for Lounge Access of American Express Global Lounge CollectionSM (“Benefit”)
Basic and Supplementary Platinum Cardmembers (“Platinum Cardmembers”) are eligible for access to the participating lounges in the American Express Global Lounge Collection. Each lounge program within the Global Lounge Collection has its own policies and access to any of the participating lounges is subject to the applicable rules and policies. The Centurion® Lounge:
• This Benefit is available to Platinum Cardmembers only. Platinum Cardmembers have unlimited complimentary access to all locations of The Centurion Lounge.
• All access to The Centurion Lounge is subject to space availability.
• To access The Centurion Lounge, Platinum Cardmembers must arrive within 3 hours of their departing flight and present The Centurion Lounge agent with the following upon each visit: their valid Platinum Card, a boarding pass showing a confirmed flight reservation for a departing flight on the same day on any carrier and a government-issued I.D. Note that some lounges allow access to Platinum Cardmembers with a confirmed flight reservation for any same-day travel (departure or arrival). Refer to the specific location’s access policy for more information. Failure to present this documentation may result in access being denied.
• Platinum Cardmembers must be at least 18 years of age to enter without a parent or legal guardian.

4. Terms and Conditions of Complimentary Round-Trip Limousine Airport Transfer (“Benefit”)
• The Benefit is only available to a Basic Cardmember, who holds a valid American Express Platinum Card (“Platinum Card”) issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. ("American Express") (the "Platinum Cardmember").
• The Platinum Cardmember will receive a complimentary round-trip limousine transfer to or from Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport, upon either booking a hotel under Fine Hotels & Resorts or The Hotel Collection (no minimum spend required), or booking an international flight with a minimum of Baht 100,000 or more, through the Platinum Travel Service at 0 2091 2828 (press 2 after language selection) and pay with the Platinum Card from 1 January – 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive).
• Please check the list of participating hotels and resorts with the Platinum Travel Service upon reservation.
• The Platinum Cardmember may only book 1 round-trip limousine transfer per 1 trip, including a round-trip itinerary, between 1 January – 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive).
• The Benefit is only applicable to a Platinum Cardmember, who meets the following criteria: (i) pay the full annual fee as shown in the statement; (ii) the Card account of the Platinum Cardmember is in good standing and/or not cancelled for any reason; and (iii) the Platinum Cardmember must not be in breach of any Terms and Conditions of the Platinum Card from the date he/she receives the Benefit to the date he/she uses the Benefit.
• The Platinum Cardmember must be a part of the travelling party throughout each trip when using the limousine transfer service and the booked flight or hotel stay (or both) must be paid with the Platinum Card. American Express reserves the right to charge the limousine transfer service in full to the Platinum Cardmember if the Platinum Cardmember has used the Benefit but fail to make payment of the booked flight or hotel stay (or both) with the Platinum Card.
• Advance booking of limousine transfer service must be made through Primex Limousine at (+66) 02 099 0888 or LINE Official Account @limousineexpressth at least 2 days before the travel date to enjoy this Benefit and the Platinum Cardmember must inform the number of passengers, suitcases and additional requests (if any) when booking.
• In case of cancellation of the booked limousine transfer service, the Platinum Cardmember must inform Primex Limousine at (+66) 02 099 0888 at least 1 day in advance of the travel date, otherwise the Platinum Cardmember will be responsible for the cost incurred. The Platinum Cardmember will also be responsible for the cost incurred in case of no-show at the appointed date and time.
• The number of passengers per vehicle is limited to a maximum of 2 persons. The number of suitcases not larger than 28” is limited to a maximum of 2 suitcases.
• Additional surcharges will apply for the following services in respect to this Benefit: (i) vehicle capacity upgrade; (ii) additional passengers, suitcases, or child car seat; and (iii) additional pickup or drop-off points.
• The rate of additional pick-up/drop-off points is Baht 500 per point and the pick-up/drop-off points must be on the same route as the destination.
• Complimentary limousine transfer service under this Benefit is based on limited radius of Bangkok and some perimeters set out further below. Additional surcharges on excess of the specified limit will be charged based on each area. The Platinum Cardmember will be informed of such additional surcharges upon booking confirmation. • The limited radius and destinations for complimentary limousine transfer are:
a) Between Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport and Bangkok urban areas and outer areas (Nong Chok, Taling Chan, Bang Phlat, Tawee Wattana, Bang Khun Non, Bangkok Noi, Bangkok Yai, Phasi Charoen, Nong Khaem, Bang Khae, Bang Bon, Bang Khun Thian, Thung Khru), including Thonburi area. However, this does not include some business areas in Bangkok. Please check the available business areas directly with the service provider.
b) From Suvarnabhumi Airport to Don Mueang Airport.
c) From Don Mueang Airport to Suvarnabhumi Airport.
d) Between Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport and Bang Phli, Bang Sao Thong area.
• Platinum Cardmember should acknowledge and adhere to the driver’s waiting time as follows:
a) Airport transfer on passengers’ arrival: waiting within 90 minutes from the landing time.
b) Flight delay: no additional charge.
c) Departure airport transfer: pick-up before flight departure up to (i) 3 hours on weekdays and (ii) 4 hours on Friday or weekends and any festival holidays. The driver will wait for 15 minutes and no longer than 30 minutes after arrival at pickup location.
d) Otherwise, charges by additional hourly rates prescribed by the service provider will be imposed. Please contact the service provider directly for any further details regarding the additional hourly rates.
• Any additional surcharges must be paid through the Platinum Card.
• In case your Cardmembership of the Platinum Card is suspended or cancelled under any circumstances, American Express reserves the right to cancel the limousine transfer service even though the service has been booked prior to the cancellation of Cardmembership.
• The Benefit is non-transferable to other persons, not applicable for any flight or hotel stay not purchased through American Express Platinum Travel Service, or for use outside the specified period.
• The Benefit cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discounts, vouchers or Benefits, unless otherwise indicated.
• American Express reserves the rights to terminate or change the Benefit's Terms and Conditions at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Terms and Conditions for Platinum Global Dining Credit
• Maximum credit back is Baht 3,500 during each Redemption Period: Platinum Cardmembers (as defined below) can earn credit back equivalent to their spending (capped at a maximum credit of Baht 3,500 during each Redemption Period (as defined below)) when spending at participating local restaurants after enrolling for the Benefit (“Eligible Transaction”). “Redemption Period” refers to the following six (6) months period, as applicable: (i) the period starting from 12 January 2026 and ending on 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive); (ii) the period starting from 1 July 2026 and ending on 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive). You cannot carry any unused or unawarded credit pursuant to the Benefit from one Redemption Period to the next Redemption Period.
• Maximum credit back is Baht 3,500 during each Redemption Period: Platinum Cardmembers (as defined below) can earn credit back equivalent to their spending (capped at a maximum credit of Baht 3,500 during each Redemption Period (as defined below)) when spending at participating abroad restaurants, subject to applicable rate of exchange at the time the Eligible Card (as defined below) is charged (“Eligible Transaction”). “Redemption Period” refers to the following six (6) months period, as applicable: (i) the period starting from 12 January 2026 and ending on 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive); (ii) the period starting from 1 July 2026 and ending on 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive). • Eligible Cardmembers: The Benefit is only available to Basic American Express Platinum Cardmembers enrolled for the Benefit using their American Express Platinum Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“Eligible Card”) including any Supplementary Cards registered to the same Basic Card (“Platinum Cardmembers”).
• Enrollment for this Benefit First: You must first enroll for the Benefit with your Eligible Card before making any payment to qualify for the Benefit. The enrollment link will be available in go.amex/platinumcard_en during the Program Period from 12 January 2026 onwards. You can enjoy this Benefit from the enrollment date until 31 December 2026 (“Benefit End Date”). The Benefit End Date is subject to change at American Express’ sole discretion and may end before the stipulated Benefit End Date. • Excluded Transactions: The Benefit excludes purchases of gift cards and vouchers, transactions made towards deposits charged upfront by the venue, booking cancellation, and no-show charges, takeaway or dine-at-home services.
• Complimentary Offers from the Local Restaurants: Platinum Cardmembers must present their Eligible Card at time of order during dine-in at the participating local restaurants to receive complimentary offers from the participating local restaurants. For the avoidance of doubt, the complimentary offers are only available for Platinum Cardmembers whose Cards are issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. • Direct Payments Only: If you pay using payment processors such as QR payment or in restaurant application purchases, you may not be eligible for the Benefit. Please request to pay at the participating restaurants designated till point.
• Award of Dining Credit: Dining Credit(s) should appear on your billing statement within thirty (30) days from the date of Eligible Transactions but may take longer. Please contact our Customer Service should you not receive your Dining Credit. The Dining Credit(s) are not redeemable for cash or any other payment form.
• Expiry or Withdrawal of Benefit: The Benefit will expire after 31 December 2026. • Eligible Cards: This Benefit is available to the Platinum Cardmember, who has enrolled his/her Eligible Card for the Benefit and meet all of the following criteria: (i) pay the full annual fee of the respective membership year; (ii) the Card account of the Platinum Cardmember is in good standing (e.g. no overdue balance) and/or not cancelled for any reason; and (iii) the Platinum Cardmember must not be in breach of any Terms and Conditions of the Eligible Card from the date he/she receives the Benefit to the date he/she uses the Benefit. If you switch to a new Card product that is not eligible for this Benefit, enrollment will be removed from your Card Account. If a Card you hold is ineligible for the Benefit, you will not be able to see the Benefit, nor will you be able to enroll the Card for the Benefit. If you are no longer eligible for this Benefit due to a change in Card Account status, including but not limited to fraudulent flags, suspension, or cancellation, the Benefit will be removed from your Card Account.
• Reversal of Credit: The Dining Credit may be reversed if: (i) your qualifying purchase is refunded or cancelled; (ii) the Cardmember has received the awarded Dining Credit and subsequently, cancelled his/her Cardmembership during the same Cardmembership year and already received a pro-rated annual fee refund; or (iii) any misuse, fraud or gaming, as reasonably determined by American Express, relating to your redemption of this Benefit which may result in any loss or damage to American Express. American Express will try to give you a reasonable notice of any such incident and take reasonable steps to ensure you are not unfairly impacted if the incident is due to something we have done or failed to do. American Express reserves the rights, at its sole discretion, to disqualify an individual from this Benefit or future Benefits and promotions if he/she is suspected of fraud, gaming or is in breach of any of the Benefit’s Terms and Conditions. This reversal may take up to a maximum of one hundred and eighty (180) days after the Dining Credit has been awarded. Please note that if an awarded Dining Credit is reversed after you have paid your bill, you may be returned to a negative balance. In the event of any dispute arising from this Benefit, the decision of American Express shall be final and binding all related parties.
• Exchange Rate: Eligible Transactions will be converted to Thai Baht based on the rate of exchange at the time your Card is charged. A currency conversion fee of 2.5% is applied when a payment is charged in a currency other than Thai Baht and this currency conversion fee shall not count towards the Eligible Transaction to be awarded the Dining Credit.
7. Terms and Conditions for Platinum 1 for 1 and Platinum Benefits (“Benefit”)
Platinum 1 for 1: Room Night Stay at Participating Hotels and Resorts
• The Benefit is available to a Basic Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmember(s), who hold a valid American Express Platinum Card (“Platinum Card”) issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) (the “Platinum Cardmember”).
• In order to use the Benefit, Platinum Cardmembers must make a reservation in advance through Platinum Concierge Service at 0 2091 2828 (press 3 after language selection). Once the reservation has been complete, the penalty fees of no show, early check-in, late check-out and cancellation may apply. Please contact each hotel directly for more information.
• A minimum of at least 2 consecutive nights (which include the paid night(s) and complimentary night(s)) is required. The payment must be fully made through the Platinum Card, provided that the name on the Card is the name of the Platinum Cardmember.
• The complimentary night(s) will be offered to the Platinum Cardmember at the rate of every 1 paid night for 1 complimentary night without a maximum limit, except for Villa Mahabhirom Chiang Mai and Dusit Group that limit up to 2 complimentary nights only. • The 1 complimentary day for car rental will be given to the Platinum Cardmember on the second day of rental contract when making reservation of at least 2 consecutive rental days or more. Other Platinum Benefits
• The Benefit is available to a Basic Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmember(s), who hold a valid American Express Platinum Card (“Platinum Card”) issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) (the “Platinum Cardmember”).
• The Benefit is available when payment is fully made through the Platinum Card. No savings will be accorded if the Platinum Card is presented by anyone whose name does not match with the name appear on the Card.

9. Terms and Conditions for 5X Membership Rewards Points on Overseas Spending (“Benefit”)
• The Benefit is available to a Basic Cardmember, who holds a valid American Express Platinum Card (“Card”) issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) (the “Platinum Cardmember”).
• The Platinum Cardmember will receive 1 Membership Rewards base point from every Baht 25 equivalent spent and 4 additional BONUS Membership Rewards points from every Baht 25 equivalent spent on overseas transactions in foreign currency in excess of Baht 500,000 (the “BONUS Points”) from the enrollment date until 31 December 2026 (the “Program Period”). The total number of BONUS Points are limited to a maximum of 67,500 points per Card account.
• Enrollment is required in order to enjoy this Benefit. The enrollment link will be available in go.amex/platinumcard_en during the Program Period. You can enjoy this Benefit from the enrollment date until the end of the Program Period. Any spending that occurs prior to the enrollment will not be counted as qualified transactions under this Benefit.
• The BONUS Points shall be awarded in blocks of 4 Membership Rewards points for each Baht 25, on a cumulative basis during the Program Period. The remainder which is less than Baht 25 will be disregarded and not be included in the calculation.
• Membership Rewards points and BONUS Points will be awarded to your Card account within 90 days after the end of Program Period, or on the specific date that American Express may notify the Platinum Cardmembers otherwise in advance.
• The spending on the Supplementary Platinum Card will be counted as spending by the Basic Platinum Cardmember.
• The BONUS Points cannot be transferred to any other persons or accounts.

10. Terms and Conditions for 3X Membership Rewards Points on Your Birth Month (“Benefit”)
• The Benefit is available to a Basic Cardmember, who holds a valid American Express Platinum Card (“Platinum Card”) issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) (the “Platinum Cardmember”).
• The Benefit is applied to all spending with the Platinum Card that occur within the Platinum Cardmember’s birth month in the year of 2026 (the “Eligible Transaction”). Please acknowledge that the 3X Membership Rewards points Benefit is not applied to the spending that occurs in any other months.
• The 3X Membership Rewards points refer to 1 point earned from every Baht 25 spent with the Platinum Card, PLUS 2 EXTRA points given as a bonus for every Baht 25 spent on your Eligible Transactions. The maximum limit of Eligible Transactions is Baht 50,000 throughout the birth month.
• The 3X Membership Rewards points will be calculated for every incremental Baht 25 spending. The amount in-between that does not reach another incremental Baht 25 spent will not be calculated for 3X points.
• American Express will credit the EXTRA Membership Rewards points to the Platinum Cardmember’s account within 90 days after the date of transaction, or on the specific date that American Express may notify the Platinum Cardmembers otherwise in advance.
• Any spending that is cancelled or refunded will be invalid for this Benefit.
• Terms and Conditions of American Express Membership Rewards points are applied to this Benefit.
• The EXTRA Membership Rewards points earned under this Benefit cannot be transferred to any other Card accounts.
• The Benefit is non-transferable, non-extendable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other kind of Benefits or used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discounts, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise indicated.

11. Terms and Conditions of Air Privilege Program
• The Air Privilege Program ("APP") is available to Basic Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmember(s), who hold a valid Platinum Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. ("American Express") (the "Eligible Cardmember").
• APP offer is valid on reservations made via Platinum Travel Service Tel. 0 2091 2828 press 2 after language selection.
• Payment must be made with the Platinum Card. The maximum purchase is 8 pax, including the Eligible Cardmember.
• Participating airlines reserve the right to change, cancel or restrict flight operations without prior notice.
• APP companion or individual traveler special fare, seat allocations or upgrades, may be limited by airlines to certain flights and/or dates (“blackouts”).
• APP is subject to the Terms and Conditions of each participating carrier. American Express does not guarantee that seats or tickets will be available.
• Certain airlines may impose a charge for APP companion tickets, upgrades, or individual traveler special fares either generally or during high-demand season periods. You will be advised of any applicable charge at the time of booking.
• To qualify for an APP companion ticket upgrade or individual traveler special fare:
1) Your journey must start and end at the same port in Thailand and be completed within the period during which your selected carrier participates in the program. You will be advised of any applicable dates at the time of booking.
2) A ticket must be purchased with the designated APP non restricted fare in Thailand on a participating airline and charged to a valid Platinum Card which is in good standing and is billed in Thai Baht.
3) The Eligible Cardmember who purchases the ticket(s) offer must be one of the travelers.
4) APP tickets are non-transferable and non-endorsable.
5) The Eligible Cardmember may purchase tickets for their companion(s) and must travel together on same itinerary for the whole journey.
6) The person using the companion ticket must travel with and have the same itinerary as the Eligible Cardmember with the paid ticket and is subject to all applicable government fees, taxes and charges.
7) Any travel on non-participating airlines must be ticketed and paid for separately and is not part of the APP. Certain code share or flights with worldwide partners of the participating airlines may not apply.
• American Express acts only as a travel agent for travel service providers and does not own or operate any airline or means of transportation.
• American Express is not liable for service deficiencies on the part of airlines or other service providers, including but not limited to, accidents and injuries, delays, changes in routes or itineraries, loss, theft or damage to possessions.
• American Express strongly advises travelers to insure themselves against travel risks. Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documentation and for complying with the health, customs, currency and other laws of any country they enter or attempt to enter.
• APP cannot be used for group bookings

• In the event of any dispute arising from this offer, the decision of American Express shall be final and binding all related parties.
• The offer is only applicable to the Eligible Cardmember, who meets the following criteria: (i) pay the full annual fee; (ii) the Card account of the Eligible Cardmember is in good standing and/or not cancelled for any reason; and (iii) the Eligible Cardmember must not be in breach of any Terms and Conditions of the Platinum Card from the date they receive the privilege to the date they use the privilege.
12. Terms and Conditions for Up to Baht 6,000 Credit Back at Participating Supermarkets (“Benefit”)
• This “Credit Back” Program (“Program”) is only valid for spending made at the Participating Supermarkets (as defined below) from 1 January to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Program Period”).
• The Program is only available to Eligible Cardmembers (as defined below) who have successfully registered their Eligible Cards (as defined below) via the American Express official communication channel, go.amex/platinumcard_en, during the Program Period. Any spending before your registration date will not be counted as qualifying transactions under the Program.
• Supplementary Cardmembers are not eligible to register under the Program. “Eligible Card” means The Platinum Card® (excluding Supplementary Cards) issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) in Thailand and “Eligible Cardmember”, “you” or “your” means Basic Cardmembers holding an Eligible Card.
• An Eligible Cardmember shall also be entitled to Credit Back for any Eligible Transaction made on any Supplementary Card at the Participating Supermarkets under the same Eligible Card account and such Credit Back shall contribute towards the maximum Credit Back of Baht 6,000 per Eligible Card account throughout the Program Period.
• Eligible Cardmembers will receive a credit back of Baht 500 to their Eligible Card account for each single transaction of Baht 4,000 or more (“Eligible Transaction”) made at the Participating Supermarkets (as defined below) during the Program Period (“Credit Back”).
• For the latest list of Participating Supermarkets, the Eligible Cardmember may visit the full list of participating supermarkets. American Express reserves the right to update the list of Participating Supermarkets (including adding, removing and/or replacing any supermarkets) from time to time at its sole discretion.
• The Credit Back is limited to Baht 500 per month per Eligible Card account, with a maximum total of Baht 6,000 Credit Back per Eligible Card account throughout the Program Period.
• To be eligible for the Credit Back, Eligible Cardmembers must settle their payment with an Eligible Card at the Participating Supermarkets.
• The Credit Back will be appear in the Eligible Cardmember’s billing statement within ninety (90) working days from the end of the Program Period.
• The Credit Back accrued in the Eligible Cardmember’s account under the Program is non-transferable to any other person, entity, or Card account, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• This Program cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, cash vouchers, privileges, discounts or promotions.
• Any transactions that are cancelled or refunded will not be eligible for the Credit Back.
• The Program is only applicable to Eligible Cardmembers who meet all the following conditions: (i) paid the full annual fee for the Eligible Card; (ii) their Eligible Card account is in good standing and/or not cancelled for any reason; and (iii) the Eligible Cardmembers must not be in breach of any Terms and Conditions of the Eligible Card from the date of earning the Credit Back to the date of using the Credit Back.
• The Participating Supermarkets are responsible for all products and services offered. American Express is not the provider of these products or services and makes no representations or warranties regarding them.
• American Express reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions and/or the Program at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute arising from this Program, the decision of American Express shall be final and binding on all related parties.
• American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participation in the Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and the Thai versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version will prevail.
