The App always has the most up-to-date in-person and virtual events so when you set up push notifications, we’ll let you know when tickets are released so you will be the first to experience unique events.

All bookings are subject to availability, so early contactis recommended. All prices are correct at the time of going to print, including local taxes and surcharges, and are subject to currencyfluctuations. Please note that after tickets are confirmed, it may not be possible to provide refunds. Please clarify at the time of booking. Alcohol will not be served to those under the age of 18 within the UK or under the legal drinking age of the country they are in.

The events that are complimentary are subject to the following Terms and Conditions: out of respect to our valued partners, and otherPlatinum Cardmembers who are on the waitlist for complimentary events, we ask that you please inform us in advance if you are unableto attend an event. An administrative cancellation fee of £150 per guest will apply to complimentary events if the guest fails to attendwithout 14 days prior notification.
