How do I change my Card Account details?

What you can change:

You can update your personal information online, including:

  • Billing address
  • Email address
  • Telephone numbers
  • Personal password

Change your Card Account details online
To change your Card Account details, log in to your Online Services, selecting 'Account management' from the navigation bar and then clicking ‘Contact details’.

Set up an Online Account
If you don’t already have one, set up an Online Account here. You can also download the Amex Mobile App here to manage your Card Account.

Changing Card Account name
To change the name on your Card Account, you can complete the online form.
