We want to let you know about some changes to the Card Insurance Terms & Conditions included with your Card. They include changes to cover, exclusions, benefit limits as well as adding new benefits to some Cards. The policy wording has also been updated to include simplified terms and some additional information to make it easier to understand what you’re covered for and how much you can claim under the policy.
The new Terms & Conditions will apply to all claim events occurring on or after 15 March 2022 for Personal or Business Cards,
and 1 April 2022 for Corporate Card and Accounts.
Please remember to tell any Additional or Employee Card Members (where applicable) about these changes as soon as you can.
