This benefit is governed by and subject to these Benefit Terms. By enrolling your Card Account into the benefit, you agree to these Terms.
A. The Benefit
Enrol to the benefit using your eligible Business Platinum Card. To receive the statement credit, make eligible spend at Dell Technologies online by visiting www.dell.co.uk/amex or by contacting a dedicated Dell Technologies Advisor on 0800 169 1745 . The benefit description and terms are displayed to you prior to enrolling into the benefit. After you enrol your Card into the benefit, you can continue to access the benefit description and terms until the benefit end date by visiting https://www.americanexpress.com/uk/business-platinum-benefits
B. Eligible Cards
Only the Basic Cardmember on a Business Gold Card Account can enrol the Card Account into the benefit. Not all Cards are eligible for this benefit. If a Card you hold is ineligible, you will not be able to see the benefit, nor you will not be able to enrol the Card Account in the benefit.
If you are issued with a replacement Card after enrolling the Card Account into the benefit and the benefit is still available, the replacement Card will be automatically
enrolled into the benefit.
C. Statement Credits
Purchases by both the enrolled Basic Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmembers on the enrolled Card Account are eligible for statement credits. Regardless of the date on which the Card Account is enrolled into the benefit, each Card Account is only eligible for up to £50 in statement credits between 1 January and 31 June and up to £50 in statement credits between 1 July and 31 December for a total of £100 per calendar year in statement credits across all Cards on the enrolled Card Account.
Valid only on purchases made directly with Dell Technologies in the UK at www.dell.co.uk/amex or phoning a dedicated Dell Advisors on 0800 169 1745 . Not valid on
online purchases shipped outside of the UK.
Please allow [five working days] after an eligible purchase is charged to your Card Account for statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account – however this can take up to 60 days.
Purchases may fall outside of the six-month benefit period in which the purchase was made in some cases due to a delay in merchants submitting transactions to us or if the purchase date differs from the date you made the transaction (for example, the purchase date for online orders may be the shipping date). In this case your purchase would apply toward the statement credit available in the next six-month benefit period.
Statement credit may be reversed if the eligible purchase is returned/cancelled.
Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment forms.
If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as eligible for the benefit, you will not receive the statement credit.
This offer does not apply to purchases on non-American Express Cards you might hold or on transactions made using third party payment processors/ payment aggregators.
To be eligible for this benefit, Card Account(s) must be not cancelled or suspended and not past due at the time of statement credits fulfillment. For additional
information, call the number on the back of your Card.
Please call the number on the back of the Card if statement credits have not posted after [60 days] from the date of purchase, if you deem your Card Account to be eligible
D. Your Account Payments
We can cancel your participation in the benefit or future benefits if you fail to pay your Card Account balance on time.
E. Fraud / Misuse / Glitches
We can suspend or cancel the benefit if any fraud or misuse by users (as reasonably determined by us), technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the benefit which may result in any loss or damage to American Express. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any such incident and take reasonable steps to ensure you are not unfairly impacted if the incident is due to something we have done or failed to do.
We can disqualify you from this or future benefits, and may reverse any credit already awarded, if you are suspected of fraud, misuse (as reasonably determined by us)
or are in breach of any of these Terms.
We reserve the right to vary any eligibility criteria or Terms prior to you enrolling in the benefit.
G. Privacy & Security
We use your personal information such as name, email address, Account number and transaction information to manage your participation in the benefit (including
sending notices and reminders) and track your spend. We will only ever use your personal information strictly in accordance with the [American Express Online Privacy Statement].
The terms of the offer are governed by English law and the court of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over us and you.
