How do I change my name(s) on my Card and my Account?


If your name(s) recently changed then you can request to get the details updated on your Account and we can send you new Cards with your new name(s). Complete this online form and upload to our online Document Submission Centre or send it via post. Once your Account has been updated we can request a fresh new Card with your new name(s).
