Am I eligible for the new Cardmember offer?

The new personal Cardmember offer is only available if you have not held a personal American Express^® Card within the previous 24 months. If you have held a personal American Express Card within the previous 24 months, you will be entitled to all other Card benefits, excluding the welcome offer.

The new business Cardmember offer is only available if you have not held any other Membership Rewards^® enrolled American Express Card within the previous 6 months. If you have held any other Membership Rewards enrolled American Express Cards within the previous 6 months, you will be entitled to all other Card benefits, excluding the welcome offer.
