If a purchase on your American Express Card is damaged or stolen within 90 days, call our Purchase Protection team and they'll arrange a repair or replacement for you up to £2,500 per eligible item or £20,000 in any 12 month period
Refund Protection 1
Should any UK retailer refuse you a refund on any eligible item which costs over £25 within 90 days of purchasing it on your American Express Card, we will refund you the full purchase price up to £200. It even covers sale items.
Online Fraud Guarantee
If something’s stolen from your account or you see a charge you don’t recognise, we’ll remove it and investigate. You can shop online knowing you’ll never be held responsible for any unauthorised online purchases.
