If none of the possibilities in Stage 1 applied to your enquiry, you should contact us as soon as possible. If you are aware of any unauthorised or fraudulent transaction you must call and tell us as soon as you discover the transaction.
There are two ways you can contact us to dispute a charge on your account.
Simply call us – enter your Card number then follow the prompts in our automated voice system. To locate the number go to Contact Us
Complete the Dispute Form online, then print, sign and simply fax or mail to the contact details on the form (please remember to attach all records requested with the form).
