Most of the time, you don't need to do anything - SafeKey will work in the background as you
make your purchase. However, we may send you a push notification to your Amex App for certain purchases. All you need to do is download the Amex App and enable push notifications.
If you don't have the Amex App, we may send you a verification code by text and/or email. Just tap it in, and you're good to go.
Simply check that your contact details are up to date. We'll take care of the rest.
What do I have to do when I get a push notification?
SafeKey will verify your transaction and send a notification to the Amex App on your mobile device. Simply confirm your purchase and you're done.
