1. Virtual Shopping: Bicester Village's Virtual Shopping service enables Platinum Cardmembers and their first Platinum Supplementary Cardmember to book a virtual appointment with the members' favourite boutiques by WhatsApp, phone or email. 2. VIP Pass: a reward pass which will entitle Platinum Cardmembers and their first Platinum Supplementary Cardmember to receive an additional ten per cent (10%) discount on products within participating boutiques at Bicester Village, subject always to the specific terms and conditions which apply to the use of the VIP Pass set out here and any “blackout” or “further reduction” periods which will be advertised on the Village website and communicated to Cardmembers at the time of collection of the VIP Pass. 3. Hands-free Shopping: Bicester Village’s Hands-free Shopping service enables Platinum Cardmembers and their first Platinum Supplementary Cardmember to shop and then collect their purchases from a central location at the end of their visit to the Village, subject to availability.
