With your Card you have up to £150,000 in the event of loss of life, limb, sight, speech or hearing, when public transport tickets are charged to the Card.
If your Card is lost or stolen we'll issue a replacement to you as soon as we can - often within two working days. If your purchase is damaged or stolen within 90 days, call our claims team and they’ll arrange a repair or replacement for you up to £2,500 per eligible item with £20,000 in any 12 month period.
Should any UK retailer refuse you a refund on any eligible item worth over £25 within 90 days of purchase, you get back the full purchase price up to £250.
