This facility enables you to pay your American Express Card bills on-line from your bank accounts. So, no more trips to the drop boxes or waiting in queues.

Your American Express Card will be credited with the amount you authorised within 2 business days.

Payments can be made only towards Credit Cards issued by American Express, including add-on and supplementary cards.

If a payment is made to a wrong card then please get in touch with the helpline number printed on the back of your card. We request you to check the Card number before authorising any payment.

After the payment is made, you will be shown a transaction acknowledgment screen. This screen contains a 'Transaction Status'. This will display 'SUCCESS' for all successful transactions and 'FAILURE' for all transactions that have failed. This screen will also contain a transaction reference number. This number can be quoted for any transaction queries.
