• The offer is valid on Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards ") issued in India.

• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant’s end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. The Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.

• There is no Minimum Transaction Value for this offer.
• There is no Maximum discount amount for this offer.
• Discount would be given at store on total bill value at the merchant location.
• There are no blackout dates under this offer.
• This offer is not valid on EMI transactions.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other discount offer.
• This offer is only valid on in-store purchases.
• The discount is valid on the value inclusive of taxes. 
• This offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• To avail this offer, cardmember should call out the offer at the time of billing & pay via valid American Express card 
• The bill cannot be split under 1 transaction.
• There are no exclusions under the offer.
• The store timings are 10:30AM to 11PM. 
• The offer is not applicable on making charges.
• For any queries pertaining to the offer, cardmember can reach to Vipin- 8328688774. Queries related to the offer will be entertained only till 5 days from the transaction date and response time is within 5 days from the day the query is raised.
• This offer is valid till 5th May 2024, but it can be suspended without notice at the discretion of American Express & the participating store.
• Cardmember needs to keep and present the transaction slip and invoice copy to American Express for any non-fulfilment concerns.
• It is not mandatory for the Any Bank cardholders to participate in the offer. Participation in the Offer by the card holder is voluntary and free.
