• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant’s end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. The Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.

• Flat 10% off on Minimum transaction value of Rs.10,000/-
• There are no exclusions under this offer. 
• There are no blackout dates under this offer.
• This offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• To avail this offer, cardmember should call out the offer at the time of billing & pay via valid American Express card.
• The bill cannot be split under 1 transaction.
• The discount will be on the value inclusive of taxes. 
• This offer is only valid on In-store purchases. 
• Discount would be given at store on total bill value at the merchant location.
• There are no blackout dates under this offer.
• This offer is not valid on EMI transactions.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other discount offer.
• This offer is only valid on in-store purchases.
• For any queries pertaining to the offer, cardmember can reach to Riyaz- 9676448882. Queries related to the offer will be entertained only till 5 days from the transaction date and response time is within 5 days from the day the query is raised.
• This offer is valid till 5th May 2024, but it can be suspended without notice at the discretion of American Express & the participating store.
• Cardmember needs to keep and present the transaction slip and invoice copy to American Express for any non-fulfilment concerns.
• It is not mandatory for the Any Bank cardholders to participate in the offer. Participation in the Offer by the card holder is voluntary and free. Participation in the Offer by the Cardholder will be construed as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the Offer and Cardholder is advised not to participate in the Offer if such Terms & Conditions are not acceptable.
