How do I report a lost, stolen or damage Card?

If you need to report your lost or stolen Card call our 24 hour Card Member Help Line to block your Card. Please note – Effective 23rd March, 2020; NO cards are being dispatched/attempted for delivery due to the India lockdown. This includes New, renewals and replacement cards.
Once the Lockdown is over and services are restored as normal you will receive a message from BlueDart once your card gets dispatched.
