Program Eligibility: The Savings@Work program is provided by American Express to companies that are eligible Corporate Card clients through which the company gets benefits on eligible spend made in the United States using an American Express Corporate Card at participating partners. Benefits are provided as either a rebate or as point-of-sale discounts. Benefits are available only to companies that are Corporate Clients and not individual Card Members. Corporate clients that comprise American Express’ Global and Large Client Group are not eligible. American Express determines company eligibility. Participating partners are subject to change at any time without notice to the company or the Card Members. American Express reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time in its discretion without notice. Eligible spend includes tips, gratuities, taxes, delivery fees, surcharges and any other amounts included in the charge with the participating partner made on a Corporate Card. Note that American Express may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from merchant until all items from your qualifying purchase have been delivered by the merchant.

Discounts: The discount is available for spend on reservations or purchases made through the participating partners’ website URL accessed via americanexpress.com/savingsatwork. The discount is provided by the participating partner at the time of the transaction. See partner terms at americanexpress.com/savingsatwork.

Rebates: The rebate is based on eligible spend made during the first 12 months after the company becomes a Corporate Card client. The rebate will not apply to a qualifying purchase that is returned/cancelled. The rebate will be disbursed to the company directly (not individual Card Members) in the calendar quarter following the anniversary date of becoming a Corporate Client. If the company's total Rebate is less than $10, the company will not receive a rebate. Rebates may be subject to exclusions, spend limits and other restrictions or limitations depending on the participating partner.
