What to do in the event of a claim
Advise all claims to ACE within 30 days of a claim event or as soon as reasonably practicable via the ACE online claims website. You must submit all supporting documentation eg. Medical reports, police reports, declarations, receipts or other such evidence ACE may request to assist ACE in the prompt resolution of your claim.
