What happens if I close my American Express® Business Checking account or American Express® Rewards Checking account?

If your American Express® Rewards Checking or American Express® Business Checking account is cancelled, and you do not have another American Express Membership Rewards® enrolled Product linked to your account, the points you have not redeemed will be forfeited. To learn more about what happens to points upon cancellation, please review the "Lose Points" section of the Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions.
