Why didn’t I earn Membership Rewards® points and how can I reinstate them?


If you did not pay the amount due or the minimum amount due by the payment due date of your linked Card account’s statement billing period, you will not earn the Membership Rewards® points associated with that statement.

Once your Card account is current, you can eventually earn the points associated with a statement through your online account by going to the "Summary" tab, or you can chat with one of our Customer Care Professionals.

Points must be reinstated within 12 months (6 months for Corporate Cards) of the applicable statement closing date for which you did not earn them. There is a $35 fee for each billing period and each Card account for which you reinstate points.
