First, make sure that you have the latest version of the Amex App. Then, log into the Amex App, go to the Account tab and tap on Send & Split. Review the How it Works content and then tap Agree and Enroll. Once enrolled, you will be prompted to link to your Venmo or PayPal account. If you don’t have a Venmo or PayPal account, you can easily create one.
