HELP LOGGING IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Log In to Personal Savings by entering your existing User Name and Password.

2. For extra security, we will need to send you a one-time identification code to your channel of choice.

3. Select where you want your code sent, check that you agree to the SMS Text Message Terms & Conditions, and click on "Send My Code" once. 

  • If you do not see the next screen immediately; please wait a moment, the system is working on sending your code.
  • Do not click on "Send My Code" more than once. 

4. While waiting for the 6-digit identification code, do not close this browser window.

TEXT MESSAGE

You should receive the text message within a few minutes. The code will be in the body of the text message. See example text message below.

EMAIL

If you need to log into your email account, you will need to open a new internet browser window. An email will be sent within 10 minutes with the subject line “Temporary code request for account access”. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam and trash folders.

PHONE CALL

You will receive a phone call within a few minutes with the code. It may not go to voicemail. Write down the code.

 

 

5. Please enter the most recent identification code onto this page. The identification code will be a 6-digit numeric code.

  • Do not copy and paste the code. If you copy and paste it, the code may not be recognized by our system.
  • If you are logging in from a personal computer or device, please click the "Remember This Device" checkbox. Otherwise, you will have to complete this process again the next time you log in from that device.

6. If you are locked out, please close and reopen your browser and attempt to log in again.

  • If this doesn't fix the problem, please call us at 1-800-446-6307 and ask the Representative to issue you a temporary 6-digit password.

BROWSER TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Trouble logging in after recent password reset?

    Please close and re-open your browser. You might also consider attempting to log in from a different device. If this doesn’t work, please clear your cache following the guide below:

    CHROME

    1. In the browser bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
    2. At the top of the 'Clear Browsing Data' window, click advanced
    3. Select the following: Browsing History, Download History, Cookies, Cached Images and Files
    4. From the 'time range' drop-down menu, select All Time
    5. Click Clear Data
    6. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

     

    INTERNET EXPLORER 11

    1. Select Tools > Safety > Delete Browsing History
    2. De-select Preserve Favorites Website Data, and select Temporary Internet Files and Website Files, Cookies and Website Data, History
    3. Click Delete. You will see a confirmation at the bottom of the window when the process is complete.
    4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

     

    FIREFOX

    1. From the 'History' menu, select Clear Recent History
    2. From the 'Time Range To Clear': drop-down menu, select Everything
    3. Next to 'Details', click the down arrow and select All Items
    4. Click Clear Now
    5. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
  • Does the browser automatically populate after turning off any auto-fill feature?

    Please clear your cache following the guide below to solve this issue:

     

    CHROME

    1. In the browser bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
    2. At the top of the 'Clear Browsing Data' window, click advanced
    3. Select the following: Browsing History, Download History, Cookies, Cached Images, and Files
    4. From the 'time range' drop down menu, select All Time
    5. Click Clear Data
    6. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

     

    INTERNET EXPLORER 11

    1. Select Tools Safety > Delete Browsing History
    2. De-select Preserve Favorites Website Data, and select Temporary Internet Files and Website Files, Cookies and Website Data, History
    3. Click Delete. You will see a confirmation at the bottom of the window when the process is complete.
    4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

     

    FIREFOX

    1. From the 'History' menu, select Clear Recent History

    1. Click on the Chrome menu and select New Incognito Window
    2. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+N to launch it

    1. Click on Settings > Safety InPrivate Browsing
    2. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+P to launch it

     

    FIREFOX

    1. Click on Settings > New Private Window
    2. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+P to launch it
  • Is an old password populating automatically?

    Please follow the guide below to solve this issue:

     

    CHROME

    1. Click the Chrome menu icon. (Three dots at top right of screen)
    2. Click on Settings
    3. In the 'Autofill' section, expand the area for which you wish to disable Autofill.
    4. Toggle the setting OFF if it is on.  The system will automatically save your settings.

     

    INTERNET EXPLORER 11

    1. Click on the Tools menu icon. (Gear at top right of screen)
    2. Click on Internet Options
    3. Select the Content tab
    4. In the 'AutoComplete' section click on Settings
    5. Uncheck Forms and User Names and Passwords on 'Forms'
    6. Click OK in the AutoComplete Settings Window
    7. Click OK in the Internet Options Window

     

    FIREFOX

    1. Click on the Firefox menu icon. (Three lines at top right of screen)
    2. Click on Options
    3. Choose Privacy & Security
    4. In the Forms & Autofill section, uncheck Autofill Addresses. The system will automatically save your settings.
